eLA 2008 Ghana

I travelled to eLearning Africa in Accra, Ghana on May 28-30, 2008, and presented in a session entitled 'Creating a Quality Awareness Approach to eLearning'.

During this session we looked at different quality ideas and approaches from the African Virtual University, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in Egypt, and the University of Zimbabwe.  We intend to explore and progress the ideas which have arisen from previous eLA conference discussions to form an African/European support network to promote quality -  sharing and learning about quality management techniques for eLearning, and achieving wider quality improvements through eLearning.

The following files are available regarding my presentation on the support network:

Presentation abstract: eLA 2008 Presentation Abstract.pdf (61 KB)

Full colour animated powerpoint presentation: eLA 2008 Presentation.ppt (571 KB)

If anyone has any feedback, ideas or comments, please email me at discussions@lesleyboyd.com.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts or contributions!
